General Production Worker Overview Join a clean, lab-based production facility that grows algae in heated tanks. In this role, you'll help maintain equipment, clean and sanitize tanks, and support daily production operations to keep the facility running smoothly.Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize large production tanks and equipment. • Support daily production activities in the back production area. • Maintain cleanliness throughout the lab and workspaces. • Use hand tools for basic cleaning, maintenance, and assembly tasks. • Follow sanitation, quality, and safety procedures. • Assist with moving materials and performing physical labor as needed. • Report equipment, safety, or maintenance concerns promptly. • Support additional production tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor roles. • Ability to work in a clean, highly organized environment. • Comfortable with physically active work, including bending, standing, and lifting. • Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. • Experience using hand tools. • Basic electrical or wiring knowledge is a plus, but not required. • Previous sanitation or cleanroom experience is helpful, but not required. Work Environment This position is based in a clean laboratory environment with large heated tanks used for algae production. The role involves regular movement, standing, bending, and working with cleaning and production equipment while maintaining high sanitation standards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
