No prior concrete cutting experience is necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidates.Responsibilities
• Operate, or be willing to learn to operate, Wall Saws, Core Drills, Hand Saws, Flat Saws, and heavy equipment. • Perform full building demolitions and renovations. • Comfortable with heavy lifting, dust, debris, and wet environments. • Maintain and care for equipment used on the job. • Comply with all safety policies and procedures. • Maintain a positive, drug-free work environment. • Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports. Essential Skills
• Experience in general labor, construction, or a similar physically demanding role. • Ability to operate hand tools and equipment related to concrete construction. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Mechanical experience is helpful but not required. • OSHA certifications are a plus, but not required. • Experience in farmhand, ex-military, construction, or demolition roles is beneficial. The role is physically demanding and involves working in the elements. The workday begins at 6:45 AM and typically ends by 4:30 PM, but may extend longer depending on job completion.
