About this role

Entry-Level Production AssociateLocation: Vancouver, WAPay: $19.80 / HRKey Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical box units of various sizes using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimpers. • Pull and route wires accurately within electrical box assemblies according to specifications and work instructions. • Install doors and other mechanical components on electrical box units, ensuring proper fit and function. • Follow established processes and procedures for operating production and assembly machines safely and efficiently. • Perform mechanical assembly tasks with a high level of attention to detail and quality. • Use hand and power tools correctly and safely throughout the assembly process. • Stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift to complete assembly and production tasks. • Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with lean manufacturing principles. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel. • Contribute to efficient production flow by following work instructions, meeting production targets, and supporting continuous improvement efforts Environment / Shift:

• Lean manufacturing environment - clean and organzied. Work environment is bright and fairly quiet, sometimes may be exposed to a paint like smell in certain areas. • Swing Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00am, Mon-Fri. Employee Value Proposition:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
