What You'll Do Work independently servicing forklifts, aerial lifts, and material handling equipment at customer sites throughout the Buffalo area. Daily Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair forklifts, aerial lifts, and industrial equipment • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Travel to customer locations in a company service vehicle • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment • Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation • Read schematics and technical manuals • Communicate directly with customers regarding service work • Complete service reports and documentation • Manage parts inventory in your service vehicle • Follow all safety procedures at customer sites What We're Looking For
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record • Strong mechanical aptitude • Hands-on repair or maintenance experience • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently • Good customer service and communication skills • High School Diploma or GED Bonus Experience
• Forklift or aerial lift repair • Automotive, diesel, agricultural, or heavy equipment maintenance • Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting • Industrial maintenance or field service experience • Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Work Environment
• Field-based position servicing customers throughout the Buffalo area • Work in warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities • Use mechanical and diagnostic tools daily • Active role involving lifting, kneeling, climbing, and hands-on repairs • Independent work with strong support from the service team Apply Today! Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clarence Center, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
