Job Title: Plant ManagerJob DescriptionThe Plant Manager oversees all manufacturing operations across first and second shifts in a food and GMP-regulated environment. This role focuses on leading teams, driving safety and food safety culture, optimizing production performance, managing inventory, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met. The Plant Manager primarily works day shift hours while maintaining flexibility to support second shift operations as needed.What You'll Do As our Plant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operation, leading people, improving processes, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Lead the Team

• Inspire, coach, and develop employees across multiple shifts. • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive Safety & Quality

• Champion a world-class safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. • Lead food safety initiatives in accordance with USDA, FSQA, and company requirements. Optimize Operations

• Oversee daily plant operations, production scheduling, and packaging activities. • Monitor KPIs including labor costs, throughput, yields, and efficiency. • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, performance, and profitability. • Implement process improvements and solve operational challenges proactively. Manage Inventory & Resources

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and physical inventories. • Manage raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory levels. • Ensure inventory supports customer demand while controlling costs. Plan for the Future

• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies. • Anticipate capacity needs and support future business growth. • Partner with leadership to align plant performance with company goals. Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 5+ years of supervisory and/or manager experience, including experience in a food and/or GMP environment. • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Strong supervisory and management skills with the ability to lead multi-shift operations. • Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, including raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or meat processing environment under GMP standards - highly preferred • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Ability to work effectively in teams and operate with a high degree of self-motivation. • Professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.. The facility operates under GMP, FSQA, and USDA standards and uses standard office technologies such as Microsoft Office for communication, reporting, and performance tracking. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
