• Monday-Thursday • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Some Fridays and occasional Saturdays as needed What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing specialty materials used across a variety of industries. Daily Responsibilities
• Operate laminator equipment to produce high-quality specialty fabric products • Set up materials and prepare equipment for production runs • Perform machine changeovers and material adjustments • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications • Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns • Utilize hand tools, tape measures, slitters, and related equipment • Assist with printing and slitting operations • Use hoists and forklifts to safely move materials throughout production • Enter production and quality data into computerized ERP systems • Work closely with a team of 3-4 operators to keep production flowing efficiently • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
