• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment. • Machine parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment. • Fabricate, modify, and repair industrial machine components. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance. • Troubleshoot equipment and make production adjustments. What We're Looking For
• Experience operating mills, lathes, CNC machines, drill presses, and grinders. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machining drawings. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of machining practices, metal properties, and precision measuring tools.
