• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and other metals • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders • Fit, weld, grind, and finish components to specification • Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality and strength requirements • Troubleshoot fit-up and welding issues as needed • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area • Support continuous improvement and production goals Qualifications

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment • Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills • Ability to perform fit-up, welding, and finishing independently • Proven ability to produce high-quality welds consistently • Must be able to pass a weld test • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Why Join Us?

Apply today! Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.70 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
