Job Title: Continuous Improvement - DaysJob DescriptionIn this role, you will understand and support the execution of manufacturing and business objectives. You will assist in identifying and quantifying Critical Business Needs and primary opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you will facilitate the Continuous Improvement process with cross-functional site teams, setting annual improvement targets, and conducting weekly status reviews and action planning. Responsibilities • Support the development of the Continuous Improvement plan, including project pipeline and monitoring overall progress and status. • Ensure CI project teams utilize appropriate improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, including training on tools and applications as required. • Conduct business case and risk analysis as needed, providing CI Project Management support using DMAIC / DMADV / PDCA frameworks. • Research and apply functional best practices within project scope. • Ensure sustainable results through application of change management and pragmatic control plans. • Provide coaching to leaders on Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies and tools. • Assist with identifying and quantifying major opportunity areas and re-apply learning across the organization. • Be open to coaching and actively learn within the role. • Travel periodically (up to 50%) for training and/or project work. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
