Electronic Solderer Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Solderer to join our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies, inspect your work for quality, and follow IPC standards to ensure products meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Perform hand soldering on electronic components and assemblies. • Assemble and solder through-hole electronic products. • Inspect solder joints using microscopes and inspection tools. • Identify and correct soldering defects. • Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality standards. • Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and teammates. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all safety, ESD, and PPE requirements. • Support production goals and assist with other duties as needed. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of through-hole soldering experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong hand soldering skills with electronic assemblies. • Experience using microscopes for inspection. • Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly documents. • Knowledge of IPC standards and proper component handling. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology assemblies. • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards. • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly. Work Environment
• Clean and organized electronics manufacturing facility. • Use of microscopes, soldering equipment, and assembly tools. • Occasional exposure to solder fumes, dust, noise, and moving equipment. • PPE and ESD protection are required. Why Join Us?
