Key Job Elements: • Leads strategic learning partnerships and actively manages all aspects of the process including but not limited to trainee progress reports, logistics, learning application, coaching/feedback, and overall program efficacy • Leads employee on-boarding and makes on-boarding enhancements so new hires are set up for success and engaged with their direct supervisors • Facilitates skill building learning sessions and supports lasting behavior change through ongoing follow-up, coaching, and use of skill application measures • Manages full-cycle learning programs (including technical skills) and plays an active role in coordinating with our learning partners to ensure training outcomes are achieved • Develops learning curricula and behavior change tools to support operational goals • Acts as a champion and coach driving various talent management processes and programs (e.g., performance management, succession planning, engagement survey, development planning, etc.) • Builds strong working relationships with Operations leaders and employees so a deep understanding of the business’s talent needs can be understood and acted on • Conducts various skills assessments to assess needs and measure progress with training goals • Up to 5% travel

Education / Training: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, training & development, or closely related field

Qualifications and Experience: • 5+ years of professional experience required in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or training • Strong project and vendor management skills • Strong facilitation and coaching skills – ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders • Self-starter who displays strong initiative • Experience driving talent development programs in a manufacturing environment preferred • Learning curriculum design and development • Conducting business and learning needs assessments • Strong detail orientation

Essential and Physical Activities Functions  Strength – Position typically involves work in a standard office environment. Occasional standing and walking. Occasional light to medium lifting;  Motion – Position regularly requires standard repetitive motions and hand/eye coordination associated with office communications. Constant sitting, frequent walking, occasional standing;  Vision/Hearing Requirements – Constant verbal communications, including both talking and hearing;  Work Environment – Position is consistent with standard office environment;  Emotional Demands – High level of responsibility; high sense of urgency. Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple issues simultaneously. Requires ability to coordinate work of a team to accomplish mission success;  Safety – Position is not safety sensitive.
