In This Role, You Will... • Provide comprehensive care for adult hospitalized patients • Perform admissions, daily evaluations, and follow-up assessments • Develop treatment plans and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and case management teams • Assist with care coordination and discharge planning • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team

Qualified Candidates Will Have... • Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure • National board certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant • Previous clinician inpatient experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, critical care, or emergency medicine • Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment while practicing independently
