This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview • Part-time (3 days per week) within Monday - Friday • Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation • No nights or weekends • Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy • Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings • Coverage area includes Chipley, Marianna, DeFuniak Springs, Blountstown, Graceville, and Ponce De Leon, Florida
Compensation and Benefits • Eligible for 401k • Competitive compensation package
Qualifications • Active, unrestricted FL state license as an LPC or LMHC • LCSW not considered at this time • Eligible for independent practice and billing • Insert amount of experience needed as a psychotherapist • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
