Job Description: Learning Administration Process Specialist with GERMAN Infosys Poland- Lodz
REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a person with: • Between 1–4 years of learning operations experience, including complex LMS administration, reporting, quality review or program coordination. • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, learning, analytics or business discipline preferred • Strong LMS and learning-program administration knowledge • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools • Experience in analyzing learning data, resolving complex cases and coordinating campaigns • Knowledge of confidential assessment administration and learning audit controls • Ability to coach associates and engage facilitators, vendors and retained stakeholders • Fluency in German and English (min C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES Your key activities: • Resolve complex LMS, catalogue, enrolment, completion and learning-record issues. • Coordinate large-scale learning campaigns, leadership programs, assessments and training events. • Administer learning and assessment instruments and operational survey-provider interfaces. • Analyze participation, completion, feedback and development-plan data and prepare exception reporting. • Review learning records, schedules and course-maintenance activity for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate approved content updates and process improvements. • Maintain SOPs and knowledge content and coach associates on learning processes and controls. • Identify recurring issues, learner-support trends and opportunities for approved automation or self-service.
