Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders ⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency ⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure ⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes ⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency ⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities ⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective ⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience: ⦁ Must have Knowledge in Software-Defined LAN (Campus / SD-Access) ⦁ Expertise in the area of SD-WAN ⦁ Knowledge of SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) ⦁ Hands on experience working with Load Balancing / Application Delivery (ADC) ⦁ Understanding of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) ⦁ Needs to be open to up to 40% travel
Preferred Skill and Experience: ⦁ Preferably but not required if you have experience owning the end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise network programs spanning campus/LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and security-edge (SASE) domains. including topology diagrams, IP/routing schemes, migration plans, and bill of materials. ⦁ Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption across designs (templating, ZTP, CI/CD for network config) is a nice to have but not required ⦁ Preferred but not required if you have experience defining transformation and migration strategies for legacy-to-software-defined transitions (e.g., traditional WAN → SD-WAN/SASE, classic DC → spine-leaf fabric, campus → SD-Access/fabric).
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
