About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong administrative experience to join Imperial College’s Cystic Fibrosis and Chronic Lung Infections (CF&CLI) group.
Directed by Professor Jane Davies, the group comprises postdoctoral researchers, postgraduate students, research fellows, and clinicians running numerous research projects (https://profiles.imperial.ac.uk/j.c.davies).
You will support the efficient and effective operation of the research administration.
What you will be doing:
You will have a key role in the daily administration of the CF&CLI and clinical trials research team, undertaking work disseminated from the Research Project Manager.
You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including, assisting in publication submissions, organising meetings, ordering consumables, co-ordinating travel, processing expenses, provide administrative support for clinical trial operations and study visits, monitoring and updating clinical research filing records.

You have proven administration skills You can communicate effectively at all levels, in person, by telephone and in writing, in a confidential manner You have excellent computer and word processing skills You can show initiative and manage your own workload
