About this role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Skilled Laborer to support an active construction project during the overnight shift.
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with work scheduled 2–4 nights per week. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be comfortable working overnight, and have a strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality.
The Skilled Laborer will assist the construction crew with general labor, material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and other tasks as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction and skilled labor duties on an active jobsiteAssist carpenters, tradespeople, and other construction personnel as neededLoad, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipmentAssist with installation, demolition, and site preparationSet up and maintain temporary construction barriers, screens, and protective materialsPerform jobsite cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work areaUse basic hand and power tools safely and properlyFollow instructions from the Foreman/SuperintendentFollow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsWork safely around active construction areas and other tradesComplete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
