Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic in Lockhart, Texas is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary environment, connecting with pet owners, and helping create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who can help throughout the week and work two Saturdays per month . If you are dependable, organized, customer-service oriented, and love animals, we would love to meet you! As a Client Service Representative , you will be an important part of our veterinary hospital team and often the first and last person our clients interact with. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, friendly, and professional approach Providing outstanding customer service throughout each client's visit Answering phones, responding to client questions, and directing calls appropriately Scheduling appointments and managing the flow of client visits Checking clients and patients in and out of the hospital Maintaining accurate client and patient information Processing payments and assisting with financial transactions Communicating appointment information, treatment recommendations, and follow-up instructions Assisting veterinary team members with client communication and coordination of patient care Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Providing compassionate support to clients during routine visits as well as more emotional or stressful situations Working collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants, and other hospital team members
