We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team in Oyster Bay, NY . As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first people our clients connect with and an important part of creating a welcoming, supportive experience from the moment they call or walk through the door. Our animal hospital serves pets and families throughout Oyster Bay and the surrounding Long Island community . We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, stays organized, and can manage multiple priorities in a busy veterinary environment while still providing excellent customer service. Answering a high volume of phone calls and assisting clients with questions Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience Checking patients in and out - Scheduling and confirming appointments Responding to emails and client messages Taking accurate messages for our medical team Creating and updating patient and client profiles Processing payments and assisting with account questions Communicating with clients regarding medications, records, appointments, and follow-ups Maintaining an organized and clean reception and lobby area Assisting the veterinary team and other departments as needed Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets
