Who We Are Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes and quality of life. The RN utilizes advanced clinical skills and therapeutic equipment to provide comprehensive nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members. Through effective communication and clinical expertise, the RN ensures seamless coordination of care across the continuum and advocates for the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being of residents and their families.
