This role includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of individualized patient care for those experiencing cardiac disease, heart failure, dysrhythmias, and other acute conditions. The Telemetry RN utilizes advanced clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient status, manage fixed-rate intravenous drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
