Who We Are Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. Our Values Put Patients First Empower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams Operate with Integrity & Excellence Be Innovative Work As One Team The Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) provides specialized nursing care to acutely ill and medically complex patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced therapeutic interventions. Utilizing expertise in hemodynamic monitoring, critical care therapies, and evidence-based practice, the ICU RN assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates comprehensive patient care throughout the continuum of treatment. Working collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, the ICU RN serves as a patient advocate while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
