Main duties of the job As a Support Worker in our Wareham service, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals with learning disabilities. Your role involves building meaningful connections and facilitating personal care, daily routines, and community engagement activities. Every day presents diverse experiences, from providing essential support to joining individuals on holiday adventures, always tailored to their unique interests. Qualifications Essential
Applicants should have experience in providing support, a calm and caring approach, and a Full UK driving licence. At least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK is required.
