Main duties of the job This role at Agincare Homes Holdings offers a chance to shape exceptional care experiences as a Registered Manager. The position is based in Aylesbury in a beautifully refurbished care home. Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring residents feel at home. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective staffing levels, managing risk assessments, safeguarding practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least 12 months of Right to Work in the UK, a QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a management qualification or willingness to work towards it.
