Main duties of the job As Agincare's Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will support the promotion of services, helping boost occupancy in care homes, and contribute to brand enhancement. This permanent role offers a salary of £27,000. The position provides a chance to develop marketing skills through varied tasks like managing campaigns, organizing events, creating content across platforms, and maintaining supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have an interest in marketing, with experience in event planning or managing social media. You will be working at Agincare's head office in Portland alongside an experienced marketing team.

How you'll make an impact

As part of the marketing team, you'll help bring our campaigns, events and communications to life by:

Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly Working closely with care homes and services across the business to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and the effectiveness of marketing activityWhat you'll bring

You don't need extensive marketing experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in marketing campaigns, event planning or coordination, social media platforms, and using design tools like Canva are advantageous. Proactivity, organization, creativity, and effective communication skills are essential.
