Job Title: Molding TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturing facility specializing in advanced composite materials as an entry-level Molding Technician. • Assist technicians with machine setup and operation. • Load and unload materials and products from equipment. • Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks. • Monitor machines and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel or Supervisor. • Use hand tools and shop equipment as needed. • Regulate machine settings such as pressure, temperature, and cure times with guidance. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Perform additional duties as assigned. • Learn and follow quality inspection standards. • Measure and visually inspect parts for defects using precision tools. • Identify quality issues with oversight from technicians. • Follow all PPE and safety procedures. • Properly dispose of hazardous waste in designated areas. • Support a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, composites, or production preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude. • Basic computer skills. • Ability to perform simple math and conversions. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed. • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Team-oriented communication skills. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
