What you will be doing: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Main duties of the job As a Bank Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle. After completing a three-week paid induction, you'll have access to nursing shifts at Bere Clinic or the option to work at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. There is no minimum number of hours required, but regular work is recommended to maintain familiarity with the service. Shifts can be booked easily through an app. The role involves delivering high-quality care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. You will work as part of a team in a supportive environment, with 12.5-hour shifts available 24/7. In return, you'll receive an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% holiday uplift, free meals on duty, and access to a range of additional benefits. You'll need a relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration, along with previous experience in a similar setting. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and self-motivation are essential. 12 bed CAMHS service to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. With an onsite school providing educational services while the young people are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it’s a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.

Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment.

The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.

The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.
