Reporting to the Senior HR Generalist, this role will provide operational and administrative support across the People & Culture function, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR activities and a positive employee experience across the business. ABOUT THE ROLE <strong>Reporting to:</strong> Senior HR Generalist<br><strong>Department:</strong> People & Culture<br><strong>Contract Type:</strong> 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Part-Time (3 Days per Week, Tuesday – Thursday, Hybrid options available)<br><br>Reporting to the Senior HR Generalist, the People & Culture Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and employee records management.<br><br>Working closely with the Senior HR Generalist, the role will help ensure the efficient delivery of day-to-day People & Culture activities and provide support during periods of annual leave and absence within the team. This position would suit an organised and proactive HR professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO <strong>HR Administration & Employee Support</strong><br><ul><li>Support the HR day-to-day administration, ensuring employee records and HR documentation are maintained accurately.</li><li>Prepare employment documentation and coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes and offboarding.</li><li>Respond to employee queries and support managers with routine HR matters.</li></ul><strong>Recruitment & Onboarding</strong><br><ul><li>Support with coordination of recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications and offer administration.</li><li>Support the onboarding of new employees and help ensure a positive new starter experience.</li></ul><strong>Learning, Development & Engagement</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate training activities, maintain training records and help prepare training content/materials. </li><li>Assist with employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and company events.</li></ul><strong>Team Support </strong><br><ul><li>Provide operational support to the Senior HR Generalist across a range of People & Culture activities.</li><li>Help ensure continuity of HR services during periods of leave and absence.</li><li>Support policy distribution and compliance.</li><li>Assist on communications and continuous improvement initiatives as required.</li></ul> WHAT YOU WILL BRING <ul><li>A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Administration, HR Coordinator or People & Culture support role.</li><li>Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.</li><li>Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment would be an advantage.</li></ul> WHAT WE OFFER <ul><li>Competitive Salary DOE</li><li>Flexible & Hybrid Working Options</li><li>23 Days Annual Leave (Pro-Rata) plus Public Holidays</li><li>3 Days Annual Celebratory Leave (Pro-Rata)</li><li>Company Pension Scheme with Life Assurance</li><li>Educational Assistance Programme</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Colleague Reward & Recognition Scheme</li><li>Free Onsite Gym Access</li><li>Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Light Breakfast</li><li>Staff Parking</li><li>Certified Great Place to Work</li></ul> TO APPLY <strong>To apply, please submit your CV to [email protected]</strong><br><em>Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.</em>
