What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day community operations while building and supporting a high-performing property team.

• Drive the lease-up process through lead generation, tours, applications, leasing, renewals, resident communication, and achievement of occupancy goals.

• Oversee LIHTC compliance processes, resident certifications, documentation, and coordination with the Compliance Department.

• Manage property finances, including rent collection, accounts receivable, budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and vendor invoices.

• Build strong relationships with residents and support resident retention, engagement, and community-building initiatives.

• Oversee property maintenance, unit readiness, move-ins and move-outs, inspections, vendors, and the overall appearance and condition of the community.

• Ensure the property operates in compliance with Fair Housing requirements, applicable regulations, company policies, and established operational standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of property management experience, with affordable housing and LIHTC experience strongly preferred.

• Experience successfully managing leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and property operations; lease-up experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements and the ability to manage detailed resident documentation.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a property team.

• Strong financial and organizational skills, including experience working with budgets, expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and partners.
