About this role
BryceTech is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support to CDC's Office of Acquisition Services (OAS). The selected candidate will support all phases of the federal acquisition lifecycle and assist Government Contracting Officers with procurement planning, solicitation development, proposal evaluations, contract awards, modifications, and contract administration.
Responsibilities
Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition support for federal procurement actionsConduct market research and document acquisition strategiesDevelop acquisition packages, solicitation documents, determinations and findings, memoranda, and contract file documentationPrepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and related procurement documentsSupport source selections and proposal evaluationsAssist with technical evaluations, past performance reviews, pricing analyses, and negotiation preparationPrepare award documentation and procurement reportsComplete procurement data reporting requirementsPrepare and process contract modifications and administrative actionsSupport option exercises, de-obligations, closeouts, and contract administration activitiesMaintain complete electronic procurement files and ensure timely submission of contract documentationParticipate in acquisition planning meetings and provide acquisition guidance to program offices Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeMinimum five (5) years of cradle-to-grave federal contracting experienceCurrent or previous FAC-C certificationExperience supporting pre-award and post-award acquisition activitiesKnowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement regulationsStrong analytical, writing, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal civilian acquisition organizationsExperience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)Experience supporting competitive acquisitions, GSA acquisitions, GWACs, and small business procurementsExperience preparing procurement documentation within federal contract writing systems Position is contingent upon contract award.
