BryceTech is seeking a Senior Product Management Support – Team Lead to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Medical Products (PAE MP). This position will provide senior-level product and acquisition program management support while leading and coordinating day-to-day activities across assigned support personnel. The Team Lead will apply DoD acquisition, medical product development, program management, and business operations expertise to help the Government execute and manage complex medical product programs
Responsibilities
Serve as the senior product management and acquisition support lead for assigned PAE MP activitiesLead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned product management support personnelMonitor workload, task assignments, deliverables, schedules, and program prioritiesCoordinate team coverage and ensure timely completion of assigned requirementsProvide training, mentoring, and guidance to support personnelSupport standardization of DHA and PMO processes, procedures, and practicesProvide acquisition program management support throughout the medical product development lifecycleSupport IPTs, working groups, Product Manager/vendor meetings, In-Process Reviews, Milestone Decision Reviews, and other acquisition activitiesPrepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, assessments, briefings, executive summaries, and other program productsDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Gantt charts, action-item trackers, risk logs, change logs, and decision logsSupport development of Acquisition Strategies, Business Case Analyses, Acquisition Decision Memoranda, LCCEs, TEMPs, SAMPs, and other acquisition documentationApply DoDI 5000, PPBE, DHA, and applicable Service acquisition policies to assigned programsSupport developmental testing, operational assessment and testing, site visits, market research, product evaluations, and technology-base reviewsMonitor acquisition progress and provide recommendations regarding acquisition strategy, technology maturity, program risk, and capability gapsAnalyze business processes and workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and implement improved processes, policies, procedures, and management practicesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators and other measures of operational performanceIdentify and recommend technology and data-management solutions that improve PMO operationsServe as a central point of contact for external requests for information and coordinate responses among SMEsSupport external engagement strategies, meetings, conferences, and stakeholder activitiesPrepare presentations and reports for senior managementCoordinate with Government, industry, medical, technical, and regulatory stakeholders Active DoW secret clearance or above10+ years of related experience in medical product development, or products subject to FDA regulatory approvalDemonstrated experience in DoD acquisition, product management, program management, or a comparable fieldExperience supporting the Defense Acquisition System and DoDI 5000 processesWorking knowledge of PPBE and medical product developmentExperience developing and maintaining program schedulesExperience supporting acquisition documentation and program milestone activitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience leading, coordinating, mentoring, or overseeing professional staffAbility to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlinesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications Position is contingent upon contract award.
