BryceTech is seeking a BioFabUSA Project Management Support professional to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Government Program Management team overseeing the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute. The position will support cost, schedule, and performance oversight of the public-private partnership focused on advancing the manufacturability and scalability of cellular-based tissue-engineered medical products and related biomanufacturing efforts
Responsibilities
Provide project management support to the Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager for the BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation InstituteSupport monitoring of cost, schedule, and performance across assigned BioFabUSA activitiesCoordinate with Government, industry, academic, and other stakeholders to gather technically complex informationPrepare summaries, briefings, reports, presentations, and other decision-support materialsCoordinate and support meetings, workshops, conferences, proposal reviews, and annual OSD Program Management ReviewsDevelop and maintain mechanisms for tracking patents, publications, partner presentations, and other program deliverablesGather, organize, analyze, and disseminate program data for Government leadership and stakeholdersAttend meetings and represent the Government Program Manager as requestedMaintain timely and effective communication with stakeholders across the BioFabUSA ecosystemCoordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements and track associated actions and deliverablesSupport planning for travel, conference packages, meeting materials, and other program activitiesAssist the Government Program Manager with development of budget requests and supporting documentationPrepare reports and other program documentation as requestedSupport program management activities involving advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, tissue engineering, and medical product developmentMaintain accurate records and tracking of program activities, deliverables, and stakeholder engagementsUtilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to develop and manage program materials 10+ years of related experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP productionDemonstrated project management or program management experienceDemonstrated experience in the development of research and development partnership agreements commonly used across the DoW and Federal government (CRADAs, Technology Transfer Agreements, OTA's, etc.)Ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate technically complex informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with Government, industry, academic, and other stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple concurrent activities, deadlines, and prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applicationsAbility to travel extensively in support of program requirementsActive DoW secret clearance preferred Position is contingent upon contract award.
