BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Integration Office within a federal CBRND program. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys supporting program execution, working with data, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
You’ll work closely with program leads, cost analysts, technical staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, track program progress, support cost-estimating activities, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams. The position will provide analytical and programmatic support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and associated cost-estimating activities, including work performed using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
What You’ll Do
Support daily program operations by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and milestonesProvide analytical and programmatic support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and other program cost-estimating activitiesAssist with the development, review, organization, and maintenance of cost-estimating data, assumptions, inputs, and supporting documentationSupport the preparation and maintenance of ACEIT-based cost estimates and associated program documentationCollect, organize, validate, and analyze program and cost data used to support cost estimates and program decision-makingAssist with reviewing cost estimates and supporting data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonablenessPrepare and update briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for leadership and customer engagementsDevelop and maintain Excel-based trackers, analyses, and other tools used to monitor program and cost informationCoordinate meetings and working groups, including scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actionsTrack action items and help ensure timely completionMaintain program documentation, including trackers, status reports, cost-estimating documentation, and SharePoint contentCommunicate program updates, risks, issues, and analytical findings to team members and stakeholdersSupport coordination among program management, technical, financial, and cost-estimating teams to keep efforts aligned and information flowingAssist with organizing and reviewing program documents, policies, guidance, and cost-estimating inputsHelp identify and improve processes for program tracking, data management, cost analysis, and team efficiency Active Secret Clearance2–5 years of experience in program analysis, program support, project coordination, cost analysis, financial analysis, or a related roleExperience working with program, financial, or cost data in a government or defense environmentExperience developing, organizing, analyzing, or validating data using Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with cost estimating, Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), or related program cost-analysis activitiesExperience with ACEIT or other cost-estimating tools is highly desirableStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearlyAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced government environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and other analytical products using PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePointAbility to work both independently and as part of a team BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.
