About this role
We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Implementation Engineer to manage the onboarding of new clients and support business-as-usual (BAU) clients by ensuring ongoing data quality and handling Tier 1 technical support for assigned clients.
This client-facing role is based in Bangalore, Indi and sits at the intersection of onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and customer enablement. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver a seamless implementation experience and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including project planning, setup, and technical implementationSupport installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platformProvide Tier 1 technical support to all clients, resolving basic integration issues, platform access/configuration problems, and common data errorsMonitor and manage ongoing client data health, proactively identifying and resolving data collection or integration issuesEnsure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across clients, continuously reducing onboarding time and improving system adoptionTrain client-side system administrators to independently manage platform operationsCollaborate with Engineering and Product to support the rollout of new features and provide feedback based on client experience 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive attitudeBasic Linux skills (e.g. navigating file systems, reviewing logs)Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes (e.g. basic commands, basic troubleshooting)Basic SQL skills (e.g. reading/writing simple queries for troubleshooting)Basic bash scripting skillsStrong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExposure to technical support processes or client success operationsNice to Have
