About this role

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable and general accounting. The Analyst’s daily responsibilities include and may not be limited to processing vendor invoices, completing ACH/check/wire/credit card payments runs, and resolving internal and external customer’s inquiries. As well as providing (or assisting with) completing monthly and quarterly tasks or projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Point of contact and handles AP tasks for Great Plains sitesProcess vendor invoices (sort, match, proper authorizations, workflow, etc.) by charging expenses to accounts and cost centers and analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entriesResolving invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memosCommunicate with and train internal and external customers and resolve disputes or differencesPrepare various general ledger account reconciliations and resolve differencesProvide quality customer servicesMeet various daily, monthly and quarterly deadlinesAssist with audit requestsOther duties as assigned Bachelor’s Degree preferredMin 2 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experienceSelf-motivated with superior time management abilityProvide clear and concise communication to various levels of the organizationSuperior interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and external vendorsExcellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to operate efficiently and professionally under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented (accuracy is a must)Proficient in Microsoft Office software with high proficiency in ExcelContinuous improvement mindsetExperience with Great Plains software preferred What you will love:
