Use hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road constructions sitesCommunicate with other Flaggers/ TSTs using hand-held radios to direct two-way traffic onto a single laneInform the construction crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safetyAppropriately position warning and detour signs around construction sitesSet up barricades and traffic cones along construction sites to cordon off certain areasRemove all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of construction workPerform other related duties as assigned Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directionsAbility to remain flexible as specific assignments changeAbility to work with a variety of personalitiesAbility to work under pressureUnderstanding of basic flagging policies, procedures, rules, and state and federal lawsState valid flagging certification card (Company flagger certification provided if needed)Reliable transportationCPR certified (preferred, not required upon hire) What We Offer:
