About this role

Within the boutique team, your main mission will be to lead the successful implementation of Audemars Piguet's retail strategy at boutique level, while driving business performance, delivering exceptional client experiences and developing a high-performing team.

As a key leader within the boutique, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strengthening client engagement and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with Audemars Piguet's values and vision.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

Defining and executing boutique strategy to deliver sales performance, client development and operational excellenceLeading the day-to-day operations of the boutique while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellenceMonitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to support continuous improvementManaging boutique operations, inventory and security processes in line with Company policies and proceduresDelivering an exceptional client experience across all client touchpoints, including sales, after-sales and boutique eventsDeveloping long-term relationships with clients while supporting client acquisition, retention and loyalty initiativesDriving CRM excellence and ensuring client information is accurately maintained and leveraged to support business development activitiesActing as a Brand Ambassador and representing Audemars Piguet with professionalism both inside and outside the boutiqueLeading, coaching and developing the boutique team to achieve individual and collective objectivesCreating an engaging, collaborative and high-performance environment aligned with Audemars Piguet's valuesSupporting recruitment, onboarding, talent development and succession planning initiativesPromoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning and a strong customer-centric culture across the teamCollaborating closely with regional and headquarters teams while contributing to business projects and strategic initiativesProviding regular business updates, operational reporting and recommendations to support decision-making Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment, including team management responsibilitiesProven experience leading teams and driving business performance within a luxury or premium environmentStrong understanding of client development, customer experience and relationship managementDemonstrated ability to manage boutique operations, business performance and operational excellenceStrong leadership, coaching and people development skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levelsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with CRM tools and client engagement initiativesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting toolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluent in English Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
