Full NZ Driver’s licenseExperience in the general paint maintenance of a building, and various machineries and equipmentExperience managing subcontractors and ability to maintain good working relationships Good oral and written communication skills Organisational, time management and problem-solving ability, able to work unsupervisedEmpathy towards older New Zealanders, good interpersonal and customer service skillsCompetent in using Microsoft products He aha ta maatau e tuku | What we can offer
