Ensuring all customers have a great experience Cooking to order breakfast and lunchBaking, prepping and serving cabinet food Ordering supplies as requiredSet up and pack down each shiftMaintaining our cafe cleaning, safety, and hygiene standardsOur Attitude of Living Well approach is an important philosophy at Arvida, and you will work alongside other team members across the organisation to practice and promote ‘Eating Well’, and taking steps to meet our internal gold standard.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen and/or cafe minimum of 2 yearsExceptional cooking and baking skillsExcellent food hygiene practices and a commitment to safe working practicesStrong communication and organisational skillsFlexibility, adaptability and able to work well under pressure with good time management.Empathy towards older adults, good interpersonal and customer service skills.Honesty, reliability, and integrity.Preference to level 4 plus quals He aha ta maatau e tuku | What we offer
