Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in the Philippines, based in Alabang, overseeing a team of currently 14 employeesDeveloping and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectivesMaintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the APAC Regional Director and the Global HeadquartersImplementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellenceIdentifying and capitalizing new market opportunitiesContinuous improvement of sales and service activitiesPlanning and controlling annual sales and cost budgetsProviding strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the teamEnsuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industryMinimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
