About this role
Reporting into the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor will supervise, lead and control, in part, operational tasks relating to the yard. They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collaborate with management to continuously optimize and improve processes.
What you're responsible for:
Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinatesOrganizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasksMonitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingMaintaining timekeeping and personnel recordsSharing information from upper management to employees and vice versaPreparing and submit performance reportsEnsuring adherence to legal and company policies and proceduresUndertaking disciplinary actions if the need arisesLeading by example as a hands-on manager To join our team:
