About this role
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, ON. As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.
What you're responsible for:
Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for saleCompleting car sales checklist for each vehicle listedUpdating website with available inventory for saleEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and detailedPreparing inventory for weekly auctionsGreeting customers, helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer serviceCompleting all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownershipsWorking with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager To join our team:
You have a minimum of 1 year experience in salesYou have your OMVIC certification or are willing to obtainYou have a G license and access to a vehicleYou have excellent communication and customer service skillsYou are able to work independently and in a team environmentYou are task oriented and able to solve problems
