Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service deliveryLead, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer serviceManage inventory, coordinate orders, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and minimize wasteHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparentlyEnsure strict compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environmentParticipate actively in menu planning, development, and implementation of new culinary initiativesAssist in staff scheduling, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a strong teamStep in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, demonstrating confident leadership and decisive decision-makingCollaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely, quality food preparation and serviceAnalyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and suggest strategic improvementsFoster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative work culture that values each team member's contributionsManage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products and competitive pricingCustomize service experiences based on guest preferences and cultural considerations, particularly for our diverse international clientele Ihr Team und Arbeitsumfeld:
