Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changesCollaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsEducate patients and their families on health management and disease preventionAssist with medical procedures and examinations as neededEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsParticipate in continuing education and professional development activities Bachelor's degree in NursingValid nursing licenceMinimum of 2 years' nursing experienceStrong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in medical record-keeping and basic computer skillsBLS (Basic Life Support) certificationIn-depth understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocolsFamiliarity with various medical equipment and their proper usageAbility to speak Vietnamese is preferredCompassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcareDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of workAdaptability and willingness to work in a diverse cultural setting What awaits you...
