Food Handling Certificate essential, or willingness to obtain onePrevious experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, although entry-level applicants will be consideredBasic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficientlySound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen proceduresAbility to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, motivated and willing to learnFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays What is in it for you?
