Deliver professional and personalized spa treatments, massages, and wellness services according to MGallery standardsConsult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and wellness goals before each treatmentRecommend suitable treatments and products based on individual guest requirementsCreate a calm, welcoming, and comfortable environment throughout the guest’s spa journeyEnsure all treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas are clean, hygienic, organized, and properly preparedMaintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearanceEnsure guest privacy, comfort, and wellbeing are respected at all timesProvide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, products, and wellness practicesMaintain accurate treatment records and follow all spa procedures and safety standardsMonitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the Spa SupervisorSupport the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and assist colleagues when requiredHandle guest feedback professionally and escalate any concerns to the supervisor when necessaryContribute to creating thoughtful, personalized moments that reflect the unique spirit of MGalleryEmbody the MGallery spirit through warm, discreet, attentive, and refined service Your experience and skills include:
Professional certification or qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related fieldPrevious experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness environment is an assetGood knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments, and wellness practicesWarm, caring, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and discretionStrong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanlinessGood organizational skills and ability to manage appointments and treatment schedules effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamFlexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as requiredProfessional grooming and a positive attitude at all times Your team and working environment:
