Competitive Salary: $100,000-$105,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

What you will be doing:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLeading a team of 10 outlet managers (30 Asst F&B management supports) and working with the banquet team in delivering an exceptional guest experienceRecruit outlet managers and support in recruitment of all Food & Beverage leadersOversee the opening and closing of seasonal outletsAnalyze food and beverage business trends to develop accurate forecasts, closure plans, recruitment plans and strategies to maximize profitsDirect and assist in the development and implementation of promotional and sales eventsGuide and develop outlets managers while executing individual(s) succession plansConstantly seek out new revenue driving initiativesForecast monthly revenue for the outletsRepresent the outlets in pre-convention meetings and build relationships with groups to ensure maximum capture in the outletsBe an ambassador of the community and participate in local eventsMaintain a strong relationship with suppliers and negotiate the best possible pricesAn active member in hotel committeesConduct regular research of direct competitionDevelop detailed design briefs for capital projectsOther duties as assigned Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAbility to to understand and work with AI Job Perks & Benefits:
