Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Chief Security to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our security leadership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
Assist the Chief Security Officer in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies for the resortOversee daily security operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance managementConduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential security threatsCoordinate with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulationsManage emergency response procedures and lead the security team during critical incidentsMonitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance equipment and access control systemsInvestigate and report on security incidents, providing detailed analysis and recommendationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of security measures across the resortStay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies to continuously improve the resort's security posture Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industryProven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of security professionalsStrong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment techniques, and emergency response planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and external stakeholdersProficiency in security management software and surveillance systemsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situationsThorough understanding of local and national security regulationsFluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plusRelevant security certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional) preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredPhysical ability to respond to emergencies and patrol the resort grounds
