WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the Resorts successful refurbishment, rebranding & repositioning on completion.Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation, F&B, Golf, Spa, Events, & Leisure.Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategy, innovation & brand development.Lead and develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
Previous experience within a resort environment would be advantageous.A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail. One more thing…
