Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious serviceOversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheldComplete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance trackingSupport and administer payroll processing as assignedEnsure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readinessBalance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and careUphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standardsEnsure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocolsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferredProficient in Microsoft applicationsExperience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an assetPost-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an assetExceptional communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetHighly reliable, professional, and detail-orientedAbility to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a positive and supportive approachGuest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
